Residence legalisation

Temporary and permanent residence cards, EU long-term residence, extensions and appeals.

We run the case from gathering documents to collecting your card. We check your grounds for residence, prepare the application, keep track of deadlines and answer the office on your behalf. If the decision is negative, we file the appeal.

How it works

  1. First conversation: we work out on what grounds you can stay in Poland.
  2. We gather documents and translations and check every attachment.
  3. We file the application and handle correspondence with the office.
  4. We answer requests for information and help you collect the card.

Common questions

Formally the office has one month. In practice in the Tricity it runs from several months to a year. We estimate a realistic date at the first meeting, based on the current backlog and how complete your documents are.

It depends on your grounds for residence and whether you filed on time. We check this at the start, because a mistake here is the most expensive one.

Usually yes. You have 14 days from delivery of the decision to appeal. Bring the decision to a consultation — we will assess the chances before starting.
